- involves the company’s commitment to provide assistance and support in case of an incident or accident.
Outdoor equipment rental:
- is offered to one or more clients;
- is intended for use in natural settings on itineraries not defined by the company;
- has a duration specified in the rental agreement;
- does not obligate the company to provide assistance or support in case of an incident or accident.
